Automatically: device info, IP, cookies, and logs for security and analytics.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
Operate and improve Playgrown modules (Profile, Leads, Accounting, Payments).
Generate and store your accounting documents (quotations, invoices, agreements).
Integrate with Chip-In for payment processing and LHDN for e-Invoicing.
Provide support and maintain platform security.
Train anonymized AI models to enhance Playgrown features (never for sale or advertising).
Sharing & Disclosure
We may share data with:
Chip-In (payment processing)
LHDN (MyInvois API) for e-invoice submission
Trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, email tools)
Government or regulators when required by law
We never sell or trade personal data.
Data Retention
Profile & account data: kept until deletion request.
Accounting records: kept for 7 years for tax compliance.
Logs: retained as necessary for platform operations and security.

Security
We use TLS encryption, hashed passwords, and limited internal access. Payment data is handled only by Chip-In.
Cross-Border Data

Children’s Data
Playgrown is for users 18 years and older. Clients must have legal capacity to contract.
